Not Too Long Ago

A couple years back I started hearing about the side effects of hgh. The supplement had been all the rage when it came to muscle gain, and the effects on aging. So many people were caught up in the positives it was hard to imagine any negatives. So far I haven’t seen any, nor have I heard much on them. There is a reason why the human growth hormone is saught after by many people. It shows a lot of promise to reverse aging, and to help people put on muscle extremely fast. As a personal trainer, I see a lot of people with various problems. Some are overweight, some are extremely underweight. Most of the time, these people need to gain muscle mass to either loose weight or to put on weight. As strange as that sounds, the more musle you put on the more calories you can burn.

Of course, having more muscle for the underweight clients is a problem. It is both a blessing and bane. They get to eat kingly portions of chicken and fish, and a lot of carbs with little reprocution. The problem is, these underweight people often don’t like to eat much at all! I’m not sure that hgh will be the correct route for them, but I do see a lot of promise for at least most of my clients.
