Who Can I Contact To Initiate a Call Center

My company has outgrown our corporate office therefore we have decided to open another office in a different state. I am facilitating this project but it is the first time I have ever opened a new center. Therefore it wasn’t difficult for me to establish the necessity of a call center consulting company.
Although I have worked in executive management for many years I do not have a lot of experience with call center start up and I knew it could be difficult and precise. It is important to choose the right location, the best design, and organize recruitment and training. The company I worked with had 15 years of experience with establishing call centers and they knew how to avoid common pitfalls that a novice might fall into. The consultants I worked with made the process smoother while the inbound consultants helped create a very effective training program. They established a successful inside sales unit which I think will be a very integral part of the company.
I was apprehensive to head this project at first but after getting the assistance we needed I am excited to watch this center grow into a self sustaining branch of the company.
